Ecological Incident Reporting Portal
NPIC’s Ecological Incident Reporting Portal has been discontinued.
To report specific cases of pesticide harm to wildlife (including fish, shellfish, bees, and plants) call the National Pesticide Information Center at 800-858-7378 or email npic@oregonstate.edu. An NPIC Specialist will ask additional questions and document the situation. Please be prepared to share as much detail as possible, including product information like active ingredient(s) and EPA Registration Number(s). NPIC incident reports are available to state and federal pesticide regulators.
To report an incident directly to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, please email report.pesticide.incident@epa.gov. or beekill@epa.gov for reports involving bees.
If you believe a pesticide has been used inappropriately or illegally, contact your State Pesticide Regulatory Agency.
